Pacing Pro ("we", "us", or "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our App.

1. Data We Collect

Pacing Pro is designed with a privacy-first, offline-first philosophy. We do not collect or upload your exam content:

• Exam data (timing records, section configurations, review notes) is stored only on your device.
• History records are stored locally using AsyncStorage on your device.
• No account is required to use the App.
• No analytics or tracking SDKs are integrated.
• Purchase history is processed by RevenueCat only to validate and restore your Full Version unlock.

2. Data You Export

You may export exam data as Excel (.xlsx) files. These files are stored locally on your device or in a location of your choosing (e.g., Files app, cloud drive). We never transmit this data to any server.

3. In-App Purchases

Pacing Pro uses RevenueCat to validate the one-time Full Version purchase. When you make a purchase:

• Payment is processed by Apple's App Store.
• RevenueCat validates the purchase receipt to unlock the Full Version.
• RevenueCat may process purchase history and anonymous app user identifiers for purchase validation, restore purchases, app functionality, and RevenueCat dashboard reporting.
• We do not store your payment card or Apple ID information. Apple does not share your personal financial data with us.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your exam data. The only third party involved in the current App is RevenueCat, solely for purchase validation, restore purchases, app functionality, and RevenueCat dashboard reporting.

5. Data Security

All data is stored locally on your device and benefits from iOS's built-in data protection. We do not operate any servers that store your data.

6. Your Rights

• Access: All your data is visible within the App.
• Export: Use the Excel export feature at any time.
• Delete: Delete history records in the History screen, or uninstall the App to remove all data.

7. Children's Privacy

Pacing Pro is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect any data from children. The App is rated 4+ on the App Store.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
